Born in Italy and growing up in an east coast Italian family enlivened a passionate way of living- celebrating life with all it's potential. This is the spirit with which I strive to live my life and that guides my therapy and healing practice.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. This program offered an integrated and transpersonal approach to mental, emotional, spiritual and psychological well-being. I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I offer an engaged, strength-based and supportive environment. Our work together will facilitate the discovery of your innate wisdom, inner resources and empowerment. My intention is to provide psychotherapy as a life-changing process that can expand your capacity for insight, growth and healing.

My client-focused approach tailors treatments to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. Some areas of specialty include a sex-positive approach to intimacy & sexuality issues, relationship counseling, anxiety & depression, trauma & PTSD, grief & loss, life transitions, communication skills and mindfulness.

On my continued healing journey, I have experienced much of this work. I know we may visit some dark places as we identify and transform the deeply held patterns and subconscious beliefs that keep us from living our lives fully. The light cracks through the shadow, even when it feels too difficult to see. Healing is possible.
